Just fixed my relatives computer and I think this might be of great help if  someone need this information. The story is, well, they've got an old model of PC's, and the problem is, it didn't boot up and just give some continuous beeps. I've managed to remember during my college years some beep codes for hardware problems so I'll share it to you here.

 

In Summary:

No Beeps Short, No power, Bad CPU/MB, Loose Peripherals
One Beep Everything is normal and Computer POSTed fine
Two Beeps POST/CMOS Error
One Long Beep, One Short Beep Motherboard Problem
One Long Beep, Two Short Beeps Video Problem
One Long Beep, Three Short Beeps Video Problem
Three Long Beeps Keyboard Error
Repeated Long Beeps Memory Error
Continuous Hi-Lo Beeps CPU Overheating

 

This applies to all IBM patterned systems(Clones).
